According to Louhud.com, a Washington State man is accused of scamming at least 17 illegal immigrants in Yonkers, telling them he could get them U visas and legal status for a $5,000 fee from his fabricated "U.S. Counter Insurgents Association of Justice". He created fake applications for an additional $3,000, taking $8,000 from each victim, according to prosecutors.
